Pat Sonti: Advisor/Energy & Infrastructure Projects

  • 30+ years senior management level experience in energy, water and infrastructure sectors covering Investment/Project Management, Project Development, and Consulting & Advisory Services.
  • Pat has worked for companies such as Bechtel, GE Oil & Gas, and Ralph M. Parsons, and has executed consulting assignments in India for ExxonMobil, BP, ARCO, Entergy, Marathon, Unocal, El Paso, PSEG, Merrill Lynch, and others.
  • Currently VP Major Capital Projects at EMS where he is responsible for large CAPEX intrastate midstream assets covering gas gathering, processing, compression and interstate pipeline interconnection.
  • Pat is advising Tzar on energy & infrastructure project assessment and due diligence, techno-economic feasibility and analysis, risks & mitigation analysis, and regulatory & policy framework analysis.
  • Education: BS in Chemical Engineering from USC, Los Angeles, CA
